Service Arrivals

How arrivals are managed to our terminal in Barcelona.

Arrivals service delivery times:

If the collection is during non-conditional hours (08:30h – 16:00h) and is less than 50km from a branch: The request for collection on day A will be collected on day A+1 and delivered at destination on day A+2.
If the collection is conditional or reduced hours and is located less than 50km from a branch: The A-day collection request will be collected on day A+1 and delivered at destination on day A+2: The A-day collection request will be collected on day A+1 and delivered at destination on day A+3.
If the collection is made during non-conditional hours (08:30h – 16:00h) but is located more than 50km away from a branch: The collection request on day A will be collected on day A+2 and the delivery on day A+4.
If the collection is conditional or reduced hours and is more than 50km away from a branch: The A-day collection request will be collected on A+2 and the delivery on A+4: The A-day collection request will be collected on day A+2 and delivered on day A+4.
